Complaints Procedure
i2i aims to provide clear, fair and professional services. If you are dissatisfied with our service, conduct or communication, you can raise a complaint and ask us to review the matter.
How to submit a complaint
Send your complaint to info@i2i.ie with the word complaint in the subject line.
Information to include
Include your name, contact details, the service or interaction involved, the date, what happened and the outcome you are seeking.
Acknowledgement timeframe
We will acknowledge receipt and explain the next review step.
Internal review process
A suitable member of the team will review the matter, check relevant records and consider whether further information is needed.
Request for further information
We may ask you for additional information so the complaint can be reviewed fairly.
Outcome communication
We will communicate the outcome in clear language and explain any action we propose to take.
Escalation route
If you remain dissatisfied, you can ask for the matter to be escalated for a further internal review.
Confidentiality and non-retaliation
Complaints are handled as confidentially as possible. Retaliation against a person who raises a genuine concern is not acceptable.
Record keeping
We keep appropriate records of complaints, review steps and outcomes.
External rights and regulators where relevant
Nothing in this procedure limits any external rights or regulator routes that may apply.
