Ethical Recruitment and Sourcing

i2i is committed to lawful, transparent and fair recruitment. We seek to protect candidates, support responsible employers and maintain clear accountability across every recruitment pathway.

1. Fair and transparent recruitment

Candidates and employers should receive clear, accurate and timely information throughout the recruitment process. We do not support deceptive advertising, contract substitution, undisclosed conditions or misleading representations about a role, salary, location or pathway.

2. No fee for job placement

i2i does not charge candidates a fee for being considered, selected or placed in a job. Any separate immigration, documentation or application support requested by an individual is clearly described, priced and agreed independently. Purchasing a separate service does not influence recruitment selection.

3. Clear employment information

Candidates should receive understandable information about the employer, role, duties, location, salary, working hours and material employment conditions before accepting a position. Employment terms must come from the employer and should be documented clearly.

4. Informed and voluntary participation

Candidates remain free to ask questions, seek independent advice and withdraw from a recruitment process. Consent must be informed and free from deception, pressure or coercion.

5. Identity documents and freedom of movement

Original passports, identity documents and personal certificates must not be confiscated or retained as a condition of recruitment or employment. Documents are reviewed or copied only where necessary and with an appropriate lawful basis.

6. Equal opportunity

We support recruitment based on genuine role requirements, experience, qualifications and suitability. We do not tolerate unlawful discrimination, harassment, forced labour, trafficking or exploitative practices.

7. Data protection and confidentiality

Candidate and partner information is collected only for defined purposes, handled securely and shared only where necessary and lawful. Individuals can review our Privacy Policy for further information about how personal data is used.

8. Employer and partner standards

We expect employers, suppliers and delivery partners to operate lawfully and transparently. Where appropriate, i2i may review role information, documentation, employment conditions, licences, registrations or other relevant evidence before progressing an engagement.

9. Responsible health workforce recruitment

Where recruitment involves health and care personnel, we seek to act responsibly and to consider internationally recognised safeguards relating to worker rights, source-country impact and sustainable workforce practices.

10. Concerns, complaints and remediation

Anyone who believes that an i2i recruitment process, partner or representative has acted improperly can raise a concern through our Complaints Procedure. Concerns will be acknowledged, reviewed fairly and escalated where appropriate. Retaliation against a person who raises a genuine concern is not acceptable.

Ethical recruitment is an ongoing responsibility. We review our processes, partner expectations and public information as our services develop.
